Drive Sales Growth in Northern England and Ireland

INEOS Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Northern England and Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, working closely with our dealer partner network to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and clients to drive sales growth and improve market presence.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Report on sales performance and forecast trends to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets and a willingness to travel within the region.
