Job Description

As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the legal department of a respected Real Estate company. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing administrative support to lawyers, including diary management, travel arrangements, and document amendments.
  2. Assisting with event planning and coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a minimum of 5 years' experience as an EA or PA within a law firm or legal department, and a strong understanding of administrative procedures.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including a hybrid working policy and opportunities for professional growth.
