Senior Corporate Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join our Corporate Team at Owen Reed Ltd. This is a Secretarial Support role that requires excellent administration skills, with experience of working in a professional services environment, particularly within the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type documents and correspondence for Partners/Associates.
  • Manage diaries and ensure Partners/Associates are prepared for appointments.
  • Maintain contacts, distribution lists, scanning and filing.
  • Ensure files are opened and closed correctly and archived regularly.
  • Liaise with Partner/Associates to ensure billing process is adhered to.
  • Prepare invoices using the firm's billing software.
  • Assist with Business Development activities and client events.
Requirements
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent administration skills, including planning, organising and maintaining accurate records.
  • People Skills: approachable, professional, engaging and calm.
  • IT Skills: Excellent Outlook (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and internal systems.
  • Experience of working within the legal sector or professional services environment.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm, with flexibility to start early and stay late when required. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, Private Healthcare and Pension.
