Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Group in Oxford. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients to maximize customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving sales growth
