Job Title: Technical Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our Electronics Product Development team at Stirling Dynamics. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design and development of our electric actuator controller products for Urban Air Mobility eVTOL aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Plan, allocate, and oversee technical work packages to meet project deliverables and schedules.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other technical disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and motivate team members, providing coaching and technical oversight as needed.
  • Ensure technical integrity and approval of products.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with an electronics bias or relevant experience.
  • Leadership or management qualification (desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics product development, with a track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong technical skills in electronics, including system electronics architecture design and specification, programmable based electronics systems, and power electronics and motor drive design.
