HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional HR support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and apprenticeship schemes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and provide professional support to employees and managers.
  • Support with international HR administration tasks.
  • Monitor employee files and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the Head of HR with various tasks and projects.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR practices and policies.
  • Liaise with HR colleagues globally to participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Manage the recruitment process and coordinate with external recruitment agencies.
Requirements:
  • HR qualification or demonstrated HR experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
