Job Title: Senior Vehicle Leasing Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Vehicle Leasing Sales Consultant to join our team at Radius Payment Solutions. As a key member of our Vehicle Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and driving business growth through strategic account development and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve agreed annual budgeted sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our vehicle leasing solutions, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth in a vehicle leasing or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of vehicle leasing solutions and industry trends, with a willingness to continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge.
