We are recruiting an Educational Psychologist to join our team at Higford School in Shropshire. This is a 41-week, term-time only contract with opportunities for flexibility.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide psychological assessments for pupils, support education teams, and deliver professional development training for staff. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention plans for pupils
- Collaborate with education teams to implement effective strategies
- Deliver professional development training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
A doctoral or master's degree in Educational Psychology is required for this position. We seek a motivated individual who can make a positive impact on pupil outcomes.
