Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Olleco, a leading recycling and renewable energy company. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, working closely with operational departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service through phone-based interactions, resolving issues and answering queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to optimize service delivery, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all customer interactions.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the business, acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth through commission-based sales.
- Proactively manage customer accounts, anticipating and resolving potential issues in creative and responsive ways.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably phone-based, but not essential.
- Strong computer and phone system skills, with the ability to follow and understand set processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent.
