We are seeking a dedicated Student Advocate to join our team at Durham University. As a representative of the Careers & Enterprise Student Voice Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the support and services provided to students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending regular meetings, contributing to discussions, and effectively communicating the views of fellow students. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in communication, teamwork, and leadership while making a positive impact on student life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend meetings of the Careers & Enterprise Student Voice Group
  • Communicate student views accurately and effectively
  • Contribute to discussions that inform and develop Careers & Enterprise support and services

Requirements:

  • Elected Student Course Representatives
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Reliable and professional personal conduct

This part-time position offers 9 hours within the academic year, plus 3.5 hours of paid training. The salary for this role is £12.00 per hour (inclusive of Real Living Wage Supplement).
