Supporting Pupils with SEND:

About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality support to pupils with additional needs, promoting their learning and well-being. You will work closely with experienced education consultants, receive regular feedback, and participate in professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND or challenging behaviour
- Assist teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and activities
- Develop strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective teamwork and communication

Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification or degree in Education or Special Inclusive Education
- Experience working with children with SEND or challenging behaviour
- Excellent behaviour management skills and ability to work independently
- DBS registered with the DBS Update Service
