Mandarin Speaking Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Operations Associate to join our team at People First. As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Operations department processes, systems, and controls.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and enhancement of Operations department processes, systems, and controls.
- Review and develop branch policies and procedures related to Loans Administration, Accounts & Custody in line with changes and enhancements.
- Deliver projects and daily work undertaken in a timely and accurate manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues raised in the branch through Internal & External Audits for the departments supported.
- Adhere to and strive to achieve both personal and branch KPI's as set by Management.
- Ensure constant adherence to Regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Develop banking and operations skills to become a proficient member of the operations department.
- Administer day-to-day work related to Loans Administration, Accounts and Custody business of the branch.
- Work closely with Head Office for system testing, enhancements, and updates.
- Fluent level of Mandarin and English in speaking and writing.
- Relevant working experience in Banking / Finance sector.
- Degree holder.
- Good knowledge of Payments Operations, Loans Administration, and Corporate Accounts Administration.
- Strong learning capabilities.
- Approachable personality with a proactive approach to taking initiatives and responsibility.
