Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled MASH Enhanced Senior Social Worker to join our team.
This is a full-time position, requiring 37 hours of work per week, with the possibility of hybrid working.
The successful candidate will work closely with partner agencies to screen incoming referrals within the MASH, analyzing information and making decisions regarding appropriate levels of intervention or service.
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- Be registered with Social Work England
- Hold an enhanced and up-to-date DBS certificate
- possess excellent communication skills and be able to make informed decisions based on available information
- be able to work independently and as part of a team or multi-agency setup
- have knowledge of service needs
- be proficient in IT skills and able to navigate electronic file and recording systems
- be able to write clear, concise, and robust assessment reports and files
- have a flexible approach to work and working hours when required
