The Growth Consultants is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial vehicle sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that delivers exceptional results and builds strong relationships with our clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in commercial vehicle sales to drive business growth, develop a high-performing sales team, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Analyse sales data and prepare accurate forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and overall business goals.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and provide relevant training or development to ensure ongoing improvement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams within the commercial vehicles industry.
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- A Full UK Driving licence.
