We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as a Sales Manager for Commercial Fleet Solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and mentor a team of sales professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial fleet sales team, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients. They will also be expected to mentor and develop a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry
  • Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals

What We Offer

The Growth Consultants offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic working environment.
