Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operative to join our team at Castle View Group. This role involves working as part of a friendly team, learning new skills, and progressing in your career.

The successful candidate will enhance production quality, contribute to safety initiatives, promote teamwork, drive continuous improvement, maintain equipment, achieve production targets, ensure compliance with regulations, and engage in personal development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective Communication: Develop clear communication strategies to ensure information is understood and actionable.
  • Courage and Accountability: Address difficult issues directly, take ownership of responsibilities, and hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Commitment to Health and Safety: Promote proactive health and safety behaviors, report hazards, and participate in safety actions.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Implement process changes, adapt to new equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Work Schedule:
  • Days: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (10.30pm finish on Friday)
  • Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Salary: £26,790.43 (plus shift allowance £105 or £157.50)
