About the Role

SF Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading logistics business to find an experienced HR Generalist to join their forward-thinking team. As an Associate HR Business Partner, you will play a key part in supporting the HRBP and collaborating with senior management on general HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management on performance management, talent development, and succession planning
  • Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights for improvement
  • Support the HR Business Partner with designing and delivering people-related change projects and programmes
  • Establish and build relationships across the organisation to support employee relations

Requirements

  • Generalist and analytical HR background
  • Same sector experience is ideal but not essential
  • Excellent data analytic skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced working environment
  • Experience of working on project plans using Excel and PowerPoint

What We Offer

A hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week based at their offices in Solihull, paying between £38K-£42K depending on experience.
