The Opportunity
We're seeking a Director of QA Data Analytics to lead our efforts in developing and implementing a global QA Systems and Data Analytics strategy. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional business leaders and key stakeholders to identify system and data analytic opportunities that will reduce compliance risk, provide early signals to minimize business impact to our products, drive global standardization, and improve efficiencies by minimizing non-value-added activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global QA Systems and Data Analytics strategy to ensure a sustainable global model can be delivered.
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders and key stakeholders to identify system and data analytic opportunities.
- Develop and manage the QA Systems and Data Analytics strategy and roadmap for ADC Quality Organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business problems to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
What You'll Work On
You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including:

- Designing, creating, testing, and implementing complex models that drive analytical solutions throughout the quality organization.
Salary: $169,300 - $338,700 per year (dependent on location).
