Analytical Equipment Specialist

A career opportunity exists for a Service Technician to join Delve Search - Global Search Consultants, working with clients who specialize in automated chemistry analyzers. The ideal candidate will have a background in analytical chemistry and experience in a QC/analytical laboratory environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and calibrating analytical equipment at customer sites along the M4 corridor, requiring frequent travel and excellent customer-facing skills. A 4-week training period in the Netherlands is also included in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of analytical equipment at customer sites
- Training of customers on analytical equipment operation and maintenance
- Report writing after customer visits
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Chemistry or a closely related subject
- Prior experience in a QC/analytical laboratory
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays
