We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their payroll and pension systems operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for payroll and pension software using SQL.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and document support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with software updates, patches, and configurations.
  • Create and update user guides and support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in software support or technical support roles.
  • SQL database management experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll and pensions software is a plus.
