CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join their team in London. This is a permanent role offering a hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual with experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting software-related issues. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, as they will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot software-related issues and provide helpdesk contact and liaison for support queries.
- Handle helpdesk and support queries to determine severity and response criteria.
- Enforce support processes and ensure adherence to our SLAs.
- Manage and prioritize raised tickets (JIRA Service Desk), ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Identify and track bugs through to resolution and liaise with internal technical teams to resolve them.
- Assist with defining and documenting support processes and standards.
- Experience with Linux/command line, SQL, AWS, Python, Docker, Git & GitLab, Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Serverless, and Jira, Confluence, agile workflow.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving capability.
- Experience in customer-facing positions.
