About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of our staff and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training plans that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs that are engaging, informative, and relevant to our staff and residents.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
