Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Secretarial and Administrative Assistant to work in our London office. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, including business entertainment, employee expenses, secretarial support, travel arrangements, and Microsoft Office tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organizing business events and parties, including catering and drink management.
  • Handling employee expenses through SAP/Concur System.
  • Providing secretarial support and diary management for Managers during holiday periods.
  • Booking business trips, travel, and expenses for Managers and visitors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese.
  • Developing strong working relationships with team and stakeholders.

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a fun and supportive team environment.
