About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including document control, data entry, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the management of our document control portals, including Asite and 4projects.
  • Support our buyers on tenders and assist with the onboarding of new suppliers to our My Compliance software.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and follow up when required.
  • Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Experience with document controls and CAFM systems is an advantage.
