Key Responsibilities

As a Pricing Specialist at Super Smart Service, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Master Cost Model for pricing purposes. This involves preparing various types of analyses and reports on cost centers, as well as collaborating with our Operations and Technical departments to improve and understand cost-generating processes.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Running, analyzing, and creating periodical managerial reports and packs
  • Improving and optimizing reporting and planning processes
  • Building presentations that inform our target audience about the outcome of analyses and the implications for the business
  • Liaising with different departments across countries, Europe HQ, and Corporate HQ to exchange information, coordinate deadlines, and review deliverables
  • Supporting our EU Financial Controller in preparing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Creating ad-hoc reports and analyses
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in finance or controlling, with a preference for knowledge of the logistics or production industry. You will also need a university degree in Finance/Accounting and a good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and draw conclusions. You will also need to be highly organized and have a positive attitude towards people, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Mandarin and English, with a strong understanding of MS Excel.
