Customer Service Order Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Service Order Coordinator to support our existing Customer Service team with increasing seasonal workload on a temporary contract basis.
This is a temporary contract until further notice. You will be responsible for managing the order process from start to finish, processing orders accurately and promptly received by various means, and dealing with manufacturers to check stock levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the order process from start to finish
- Processing orders accurately and promptly
- Dealing with manufacturers to check stock levels
- Organising deliveries and logistics for orders to be delivered around the UK
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are handled in line with company guidelines
- Engaging with colleagues in a collaborative manner to handle queries
- Supporting with any invoice queries
- Developing a strong understanding of products and services
- Providing customer service and administrative support as required to support the team
Required skills and experience include:
- Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of products and services
