About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurodiversity Practitioner to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services to secure environments. As a Neurodiversity Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to patients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of innovative clinical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
  • Be an integral part of the healthcare team, utilizing your outstanding clinical skills and passion for care to provide the highest standards of healthcare to patients.
  • Promote best practice, clinical supervision, and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative clinical practices, including the use of our bespoke Learning Management System.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities.
  • Substantial experience working with adults with Learning disabilities with a range of clinical presentations.
  • Evidence of working Learning disability health within a community or inpatient setting.
