Job Title: Senior Product Manager, Payments

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and governance of our payments capability. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a Payments centre of excellence, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive payment product strategy aligned with our Group aspirations.
  • Detail requirements for our future payments solution, covering domestic and international payments, and associated processes.
  • Support Procurement in ongoing supplier reviews from a product management and development perspective.
  • Ensure all payment function controls, processes, pricing, and governance are effective, customer-focused, and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in and support the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with experience in the payments domain.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK payments market, products, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products from ideation to launch, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
