Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive payments product strategy that aligns with the firm's business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge payment solutions.
  • Monitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback to inform product development.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure they address product needs and leverage analytics to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector, with a focus on payments product management.
  • Deep knowledge of payment rails, including SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, and TARGET2.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead working group calls and training calls.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize differing requirements.
