Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Asset Management, Project Management, Financial Reporting, and Financial Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of our asset portfolio through engagement with finance business partners across the portfolio.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly business plans to deliver board reporting to schedule and subsidiary boards' results.
  • Support the reporting of financial results and forecasts to shareholders on a regular basis.
  • Prepare and manage liquidity in the ordinary course of business across PropCo and OpCo, including weekly cash position and forecast.
  • Support the quarterly cash plan, including cash actuals reporting and building a coherent understanding of the liquidity strategy.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts covering performance and forecasts across the full portfolio of SciTech assets.
  • Support performance analysis of the portfolio through review of trends in rental collection, lettings progress, and vacancy analysis.
  • Support financial reporting teams and assist with consolidated reporting for the Bruntwood Group.
Requirements:
  • Accounting qualification in CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year's experience post-qualification.
  • Minimum Maths Grade B/6 and English Grade C/5.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create SumIfs/SumProducts/VLookUps.
  • Open to challenge and being challenged with a genuine desire to actively contribute new ideas.
