Maintenance Technician

Pioneer Selection is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their high-speed manufacturing business in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plant equipment and machinery.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician with experience in electrical engineering to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on your own at times, so previous experience of working independently is essential. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient plant operation
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience in maintenance or a related field
* Electrical engineering qualification (e.g., HNC/HND)
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
