As a Voids Multi-Skilled Technician, you will play a vital role in completing maintenance work within our empty properties. This position requires strong construction skills, knowledge of building regulations and health and safety practices.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, which reflects the demands of this challenging role. Our team works closely together to ensure that every task is completed efficiently and effectively, adhering to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance work within our void properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Work safely and adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
