CV Library is recruiting a seasoned Engineering Technician Lead for their Doncaster location.

This role offers an attractive salary package and the opportunity to work in the Felixstowe area. Estimated salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair locomotives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  2. Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  3. Lead and develop a team of engineers, focusing on skill enhancement and best practices.
  4. Manage data input to locomotive history tracking systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Prioritize tasks to meet customer demands and operational requirements.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience in engineering, preferably with class 66 locomotive knowledge or a background in ex-forces or plant mechanics.
