Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Everest. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in Home Improvements or a similar industry. You will have a proven track record of exceeding targets in sales and marketing and excellent negotiation skills.
About the Job
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of self-employed Sales Consultants, driving recruitment activity, and providing training and coaching to ensure the team meets its sales targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company like Everest, where your hard work will be rewarded with uncapped performance-related earnings and a competitive salary of £24,000 (basic) plus OTE between £50,000 - £100,000 per annum.

- 5+ years' experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales and marketing
