Job Title: Experienced Learning Disabilities Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Shrewsbury area. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and a strong understanding of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities
* Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
* Collaborate with external agencies to provide support and services
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
