Job Description - Brand Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our Marketing Services team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As a Brand Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our global brand strategy and platform 'Get Out There' across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Creative Lead in codifying and evolving easyJet's visual and sonic identity through clear guidelines and templates.
  2. Ensure all communications are compliant with visual identity guidelines and overarching brand strategy through consultancy, review, and approvals.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and deliver training to empower teams to develop communications that adhere to our visual identity, brand strategy, and brand licensing agreement.
  4. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure all touchpoints, including airport environments, are compliant with our visual identity and brand strategy.
  5. Coordinate the internal brand hub as a resource for teams to access guidelines, assets, and templates.
  6. Monitor and respond to emails contacting the brand team, establishing plans to respond to each project/request.
  7. Maintain a clear status list of projects, shared with the Creative Lead.

Requirements of the Role

  1. Proven experience in brand management, ensuring adherence to visual identity guidelines through review and feedback.
  2. Experience in delivering training on brand guidelines and standards to enable the wider business to ensure communications are compliant.
  3. The ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently to a high standard.
  4. Strong understanding of how branding and creative work.
  5. Natural creative judgment and passion for branding and producing innovative and effective creative.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton one to two days a week, London agencies up to one day a week, and home, with a 40-hour workweek.
