Job Title: Brand Identity Specialist

Join easyJet Airline Company PLC as a Brand Identity Specialist and play a key role in developing and executing our global brand strategy and platform 'Get Out There' across all touchpoints.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Identity Specialist to join our Marketing Services team. As a Brand Identity Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Creative Lead in the codification and evolution of easyJet's visual and sonic identity, through clear guidelines and templates.

You will ensure all communications are compliant with visual identity guidelines and overarching brand strategy, through consultancy, review and approvals. You will also collaborate with other departments and deliver training to empower teams as they develop communications, to ensure they adhere to our visual identity, brand strategy and brand licensing agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Creative Lead in the development and evolution of easyJet's visual and sonic identity.
  2. Ensure all communications are compliant with visual identity guidelines and overarching brand strategy.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to deliver training and empower teams to develop communications that adhere to our visual identity and brand strategy.
  4. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure all touchpoints, including airport environments, are compliant with our visual identity and brand strategy.
  5. Coordinate the internal brand hub – a resource for teams to access guidelines, assets and templates.
  6. Monitor and reply to emails contacting the brand team, and establish plans to respond to each project/request.
  7. Maintain a clear status list of projects, which is shared with the Creative Lead.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brand Identity Specialist with:

  1. Proven experience in brand management, and ensuring adherence to visual identity guidelines through review and feedback.
  2. Experience in delivering training on brand guidelines and standards to enable wider business to ensure communications are compliant.
  3. The ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently, to a high standard.
  4. Strong understanding of how branding and creative works.
  5. Natural creative judgement and passion for branding and producing innovative and effective creative.
