About the Role

We're seeking a talented Brand Designer to join our Brand Identity team. As a key member of our creative team, you'll play a crucial role in defining, shaping, and evolving our brand. You'll take on board our mission, purpose, and consumer insights and translate them into a visual language that raises the creative bar for use across both online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain brand integrity and brand experience across our Family, Big Weekender, and Conference and Events propositions.
  • Champion the Butlin's visual language and creative to ensure we continue to attract and drive consideration from new guests.
  • Evolve and refine our existing brand identity and guidelines, ensuring that all Butlin's creative output is consistent across channel and of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with our in-house creative artworkers on large and small-scale projects, leading by example and setting clear guidelines and expectations of what good looks like.
About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience as a Brand / Visual designer in an agency or in-house design team. You should have a strong, creative approach and pure passion for design, with an eye for detail, an obsession with design fundamentals, and a desire to learn, grow, and push the boundaries of our brand identity.

You'll need to be an excellent visual communicator – both verbally and written, as well as a mastery of composition, imagery, typography, iconography, and colour. Alongside this, we would expect you to be fluent with Figma / Sketch / XD and Adobe CC – including After Effects and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of UI, HTML, and web design is a massive bonus.
