Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Portman Dental Care in Winchester. As a key member of our multi-specialist dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients from appointment scheduling to treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
  • Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Coordinate referrals to specialist providers as needed
  • Develop relationships with local dentists to build incoming referrals
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care and satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in dental software systems (SOE) is desirable
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others
