About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Behavior Therapist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a leading provider of educational support services, we work closely with Local Councils and SEND teams throughout the UK to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work with children and young people who require behaviour support, using evidence-based strategies to promote positive behaviour change. Our ideal candidate has experience working with children with challenging behaviours and is passionate about delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviours
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour support strategies and techniques
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
