About the Role

Boston Medical Center seeks a highly skilled Experienced Monitoring Technician to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care to some of the most critically ill patients in the hospital.

The successful candidate will consistently provide a high level of customer service, supporting the physical environment by tracking, cleaning, and organizing patient care equipment, and maintaining patient supplies by inventory, restocking, and organizing daily as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hourly rounding on patients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Respond efficiently to nurse call lights, prioritizing urgent requests.
  • Prepare ICU rooms for admission, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Collect, record, and communicate clinical data to assigned nurses in a timely manner.
  • Transport or accompany patients safely and respectfully to other areas of the hospital when necessary.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic healthcare setting.
