Business Resilience Senior Analyst/Manager Opportunity

Janus Henderson is seeking a Business Resilience Senior Analyst/Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Global Business Resilience team, you will play a critical role in implementing and embedding various aspects of the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and facilitation of Business Resilience table-top and stress testing exercises in relation to Digital Resilience and Technology Risk.
  • Develop schedules and materials for Business Resilience training and awareness activities to ensure that recovery teams are trained and proficient in implementing business continuity plans and supporting tools.
  • Assist in the design and production of relevant metrics, management information, and reporting materials.
  • Provide Business Resilience support to technology and vendor risk oversight teams in embedding DORA required processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and communicate potential threats that may impact the JHI business.

Requirements:

  • A good understanding of DORA, including an understanding of both the regulatory requirements and practical implementation challenges.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of Janus Henderson Investors' business and relate that knowledge to identified continuity and resilience approaches.
  • Knowledge necessary to propose relevant continuity and risk responses to changing business risks and regulatory changes.
  • High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Ability to work with and interpret data.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the financial regulatory environment in relation to business resilience and specifically DORA.
