About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Resilience Senior Analyst to join our team at Janus Henderson. As a key member of our Business Resilience program, you will be responsible for assisting the Global Head of Business Resilience across all aspects of the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, facilitation, and coordination of Business Resilience table-top and stress testing exercises.
  • Support the key Business Resilience program components, including Threat Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, and Continuity Planning.
  • Administer and maintain standard materials used for client-facing activities, including due diligence packs and responses.
  • Monitor industry and Business Continuity and Resilience regulatory news and trends.
  • Monitor and communicate potential threats that may impact the JHI business.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of strategic business risks.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of Janus Henderson Investors' business and relate that knowledge to identified continuity and resilience approaches.
  • Knowledge necessary to propose relevant continuity and risk responses to changing business risks and regulatory changes.
