About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Resilience Senior Analyst to join our team at Janus Henderson Investors. As a key member of our Business Resilience program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity and resilience of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Global Head of Business Resilience in developing and implementing business continuity plans and strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to Business Continuity Coordinators in maintaining relationships with global offices and ensuring the effective implementation of business continuity plans.
  • Develop and facilitate business resilience training and awareness activities to ensure recovery teams are trained and proficient in implementing business continuity plans and supporting tools.
  • Administer and maintain standard materials used for client-facing activities, including due diligence packs and responses.
  • Assist in the production of management information and reporting materials and other artefacts such as metrics.
  • Monitor industry and business continuity and resilience regulatory news and trends.
  • Monitor and communicate potential threats that may impact the JHI business.
Requirements
  • A good understanding of strategic business risks.
  • Ability to develop a good understanding of Janus Henderson Investors' business and relate that knowledge to identified continuity and resilience approaches.
  • Knowledge necessary to propose relevant continuity and risk responses to changing business risks and regulatory changes.
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate continuity and resilience-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
