Commercial Sales Negotiator

Join Rubber Duck Cars in a distinguished role as a Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive in our South East region.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region. Tasked with nurturing a robust client portfolio, the role demands a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, while ensuring existing relationships flourish through exceptional account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12 month period
- Work closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all products and services via sales
- Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
- Proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
- Professional presenter who will be asked to share in presenting at regional sales and dealership meetings
- Ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
- Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
- Knowledge of the Van industry is ideal
- Full UK driving licence is essential, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
