Role Overview: As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the property sector, with valuation experience being advantageous.
  • A professional appearance and a target-oriented mindset.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary ranging from £26,000 to £28,000.
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £50,000.
  • A car allowance of £2,400.
  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a requirement to work one Saturday every three weeks.
