We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Specialist to join our fantastic residential Lettings team in Maidenhead. This is a 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to work with a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
