Pension Account Support Job Opportunity

Candidate Source is seeking a skilled Pension Account Support representative to join our team in Liverpool city centre. In this role, you will provide critical support to pension account holders, ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.

You will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations.

This is a full-time position requiring a flexible approach to working hours, with a guaranteed schedule of Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. We offer a competitive annual salary of £24,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including on-site training and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service call centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
