We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Clear Automotive Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our prestige repair site, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the on-site team of experts, including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator, and administrative staff.
- Ensure entire site management, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service, and set targets.
- Familiarity with the Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system is ideal.
- Lead by example and promote a positive work ethic.
- Recruit and deliver against key performance indicators with the help of your senior management team.
- Ensure Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees, driving performance and achieving or exceeding all financial and operational targets.
- Understand the business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs.
- Effectively manage site resources and costs to optimize capability and profitability.
- Monitor individual productive performance to minimize non-productive time.
- Establish, maintain, and promote good working relations with key personnel.
- Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts, and reception staff.
- Actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships.
- Deal with any customer issues.
- A vast knowledge and experience of the repair process and claims process.
- A natural leader with excellent people management skills.
- A high level of business acumen.
- Results-driven.
- Previous experience of site management within the Accident repair industry.
