Automotive Painter

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at Clear Automotive. As a key member of our accident repair centre, you will be responsible for painting damaged vehicles to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Painting vehicles using up-to-date water-based paint systems
- Preparing vehicles for painting by hand or machine
- Mixing and matching paint to ensure accurate colour matches
- Applying primer and finishing coats using spray guns and rubbing down surfaces between coats
- Touching up paintwork and applying polish to vehicles
- Removing masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork
- Treating vehicles with rust-proofing chemicals
Requirements:
- Experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
- Knowledge of blending paintwork
- Ability to work in a painting environment
- Car painting and technical knowledge, experience of the accident repair and Bodyshop industry
- Skills in applying and using knowledge to ensure work is finished to a high standard
